Warranty
|

Each RHUB appliance comes with a one year parts, labor and software warranty. During the warranty period, a defective unit will be replaced free of charge. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. All software updates are automatically provided to warranty covered that have Internet access. Extended warranty is available for units more than one year old. Contact your seller for additional information.

If within 10 days of shipping, the product you ordered does not perform as represented, call for a Return Materials Authorization
(RMA) number. Items returned without a RMA number or freight collect will not be accepted. The product must be returned in original packing, in like new condition. Your account will be credited after the product is received at our warehouse in the previously stated condition. Please email the tracking number to
return@rhubcom.com when you send the product back. RMA numbers must be used within 15 days of issuance or the RMA is canceled. Return instructions will be emailed to you.
