Each RHUB appliance comes with a one-year warranty, covering parts, labor and software. During the warranty period, a defective unit will be replaced free of charge.
You
are responsible for shipping charges. All software updates are automatically provided to covered
units that have Internet access.
Extended warranties are available for units over one year old.
The annual cost for the optional extended warranty is 20% of the purchase price. |

If within 10 days of shipping, the product you ordered does not perform as represented, call for a Return Materials Authorization
(RMA) number. Items returned without a RMA number or collect freight ticket will not be accepted. The product must be returned in
its original packing and condition. Your account will be credited after the product is received at our warehouse in the previously stated condition. Please email the tracking number to
return@rhubcom.com when you send the product back. RMA numbers must be used within 15 days of issuance or the RMA is canceled. Return instructions will be emailed to you. |
