The TSP-1000 is an appliance designed for service providers to add Web,
Video and VoIP-audio conferencing to their services. The license is based
upon concurrent attendees. There is no limit to the number of concurrent
meetings that can take place on the system. The server comes with APIs for
integration for user authentication, license control of each subscriber,
start/join/schedule meetings and reporting. The TSP 1000 does not
include access to the RHUB integrated audio conference system that mixes
both PSTN and VoIP callers. It does not include remote support and remote
access meeting types either. |

RHUB ENABLE Warranty Program |
Coverage:
1. Hardware warranty:
Provides advance replacement in case your unit becomes
defective. Customers are responsible for shipping
charges.
2. Software updates:
Protects from obsolescence and updates the RHUB
appliance automatically as well as allows the users to
take advantage of the latest and greatest features that
we are continuously adding.

3. Technical Support:
From initial installation to continued technical
support, RHUB will support any unit under warranty.
4. Continuous availability:
Should your hardware fail or unit become unavailable for any
reason, including your own network issues, RHUB will set up
temporary accounts on our system while waiting on replacement or
repairs of your network.
5. Audio conferencing service:
When warranty is active, you have access to our audio
conference bridge service. Without warranty, the audio
conference bridge will cease to work.
Costs:
Each RHUB appliance comes with a one-year RHUB ENABLE.
Extended RHUB ENABLE is available for units over one year old.
The annual cost for the optional RHUB ENABLE is 20% of the
retail price of the unit and purchased options. |

Return
Policy |
|
If within 5 business days after receiving the product you
ordered, the unit does not perform as represented, call for a
Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned back
to RHUB without an RMA number or collect freight will not be
accepted. The product must be returned in its original packing
and condition. Your account will be credited after the product
is received at our warehouse in the previously stated condition.
Please email the tracking number to return@rhubcom.com when you
send the product back. RMA numbers must be used within 15 days
of issuance or the RMA is canceled. Return instructions will be
emailed to you. |

Trade-In Program |
|
Any RHUB appliance owner is eligible for this RHUB trade-in
program.
1. Conditions:
- The owner is the original owner
- The appliance is in working condition
2. Trade in credits:
- RHUB allows a trade-in credit of up to 50% of the original
purchase price
- The trade-in credit applies only to a purchase of a
higher-end
model
- The time left on your RHUB Enable subscription time for
your traded in
appliance will be converted into credit towards purchasing an
extended RHUB Enable subscription.

End of Life |
|
At times, RHUB must discontinue a product because hardware parts
are discontinued or the existing products cannot support the
increased requirements by new versions of software. A
discontinued
product is an “End of life” product.
The following terms will apply to end of life products:
- End of life products will receive technical support from
their current reseller and RHUB until the current RHUB Enable
support subscription expires. The support is subject to the
existing version's functionalities and limitations.
- End of life products get no software updates going forward.
- End of life products are not eligible for hardware
replacement.
- End of life products no longer qualify for purchase of
additional RHUB Enable support subscriptions.
