Q: What problems or specific issues did you need to resolve?
A: Our customers need timely, hands-on training on how to apply
Persyst’s EEG Suite directly to patient care. The clinicians who
use the Persyst EEG Suite have hectic and unpredictable
schedules. TurboMeeting allows us to offer flexible scheduling,
and we can tailor the training to specific clinical applications
that are required.
Q: What are the main TurboMeeting features that are important
to you?
A: Our customers want a superior web-conferencing and support
experience, so this was our primary consideration. TurboMeeting
has a number of features that are fundamental to the customer’s
experience. It accommodates varying screen sizes automatically,
allows mouse sharing easily, provides fast performance with high
quality screen rendering, and has many other useful features.
TurboMeeting offers quick and simple client installation, as
well as a very small download size.
Q: How difficult was TurboMeeting to install and configure?
A: TurboMeeting is a stand-alone appliance. The installation and
configuration is extremely straightforward. We host the device,
so we own and control it. There is no host computer to maintain
or configure.
Q: Do you have specific examples of how efficiency or
productivity has been improved?
TurboMeeting greatly reduces the time and expense of travel, and
there is no doubt that Web conferencing improves our efficiency
and productivity. TurboMeeting also improves the efficiency and
productivity of our customers by providing them with hands-on
support, where and when they need it. |
