  As soon as an attendee joins your support meeting, you can immediately view and control their computers. It takes only one click for the attendee to turn his computer over to you for remote support. From there, the attendee can walk away and leave his computer completely to you. You can reboot the computer anytime during a support session and the computer will automatically re-join the support session after reboot is done. You can record the entire support session for audit purposes.
