  As soon as an attendee joins your support meeting, you view and control the attendee's computer right away. It takes only one-click of confirmation from the attendee to turn his computer to you for remote support. From there, the attendee can leave his computer completely to you and do other things. You can reboot the computer anytime during a support session and the computer will automatically re-join the support session after reboot. You can record the entire support session for audit purpose.

Multi-tiered concurrent support You can invite two additional colleagues of yours to join the support meeting. Switch to training mode during support session During the support session, you can switch the presenter to yourself so that the attendee can view your screen. If you like, you can pass your keyword and mouse to the attendee. This function is used to do customer training during a support session and helps to increase your customer satisfaction.  PC & Mac
Remotely lock supported computer at the end of support session At the end of support session, as an option you can lock the remote supported computer to protect your client computer in case the client is not present.  PC
